All Posters Must Be Approved for Display at a Nursing Meeting or Conference

Our intent is to make it as easy as possible for you to present your information to the nursing community. However, to ensure that all information is vetted, only posters that are approved for display at nursing conferences or meetings may be uploaded.

How to Get Access to Upload Your Poster Information

If you are successfully displaying a poster at a nursing conference or meeting, please ask the meeting coordinator for the access information to upload your poster information.

If the conference is not yet participating in nurseresources.org, you can encourage the meeting coordinators to request permission to access this site. The meeting coordinators can request access at posters@tiptonhealth.com.

Please also make sure you are prepared with the following information and meet all other requirements.

Format

In addition to providing your email and nursing license number, you will be asked to complete a form with the following information about your poster:

  • Poster Title
  • Organization or Hospital
  • Author Names, credentials, titles and organizations of research participants
  • Name of Conference
  • Summary of research
  • Categories (e.g. Pediatrics, Cardiology, Patient Care Services, etc.)
  • Specific Keywords (e.g. patient falls, critical care, fatigue, etc.)
  • References (optional)
  • Contact Information (at-least one point of contact will be display with poster)
  • Poster: Your poster must be saved in  .jpg format to be uploaded. The maximum file size is 2MB.

Approvals

Please note that you must have the approval of your Director or Chief Nursing Officer to upload your poster. You will be responsible for all content submitted and understand that this information will be available to the general public. All information must comply with HIPPA.

Our intent is to make it as easy as possible for you to present your information to the nursing community. If you are generating a new poster, please use the same guidelines you would use for creating a poster for a conference or meeting.

After Submission

After the form is submitted, a team member will be notified and your submission will need to be reviewed. If approved, your poster will display in 3-5 business days. We may reach out to you should we have any additional questions or concerns.
